Whether you're a data enthusiast or just want to better understand the evolving landscape, this session offers practical takeaways to strengthen your fundraising program.
Speakers:
- Kris Kuhns: Money follows mission and fundraising is an essential part of elevating the mission for all nonprofits. With nearly two decades experience in strategic fundraising, Kris expertly works with staff and volunteers to support their impactful missions. Kris thrives in volunteer engagement, partnership development, data-driven fundraising, and creating successful strategies to achieve stated objectives. Her analytical and organizational skills, coupled with her personability and passion for philanthropy, make her a favorite among CCS client partners, executives, staff, and volunteers. Throughout her career, Kris has worked on campaigns that have raised well over one hundred million dollars.
- Elizabeth Abel: Elizabeth is a thought leader in philanthropy and expert in fundraising. She has ledcapital campaigns and development initiatives that have collectively raised nearly one billion dollars for education, healthcare, arts and culture, and advocacy organizations. She is a Senior Vice President at CCS Fundraising, a global fundraising consulting firm to nonprofits. Since joining CCS in 2013, Elizabeth has partnered with institutions to plan and implement multi-million-to-billion-dollar campaigns. She provides counsel on strategic planning, major gifts fundraising, and board engagement. Elizabeth has also directed campaign planning (feasibility) studies, served in interim development roles, and managed annual campaigns and special fundraising events.
