Jessica Cooper, MBA, Client Account Manager
Jessica Cooper brings 12 years of membership and nonprofit experience to her role as a Client Account Manager with Charityproud, specifically working with clients on how to streamline their processes and use data to help engage with donors and members alike.
Prior to working with Charityproud, Ms. Cooper helped triple membership at the Greater Kingsport Family YMCA, as well as developed and implemented the association's member engagement plan, which was responsible for a 10% increase in member retention. With her extensive experience in all areas of membership including acquisition and retention, she believes the key to a good membership program is how you engage with your members.
Ms. Cooper received a B.S. from East Tennessee State University, as well as an M.B.A. from King University.
