Leadership as Culture Curation: A Tangible Tool to Build a More Engaged Organizational Culture

Have you ever found yourself thinking, “Something isn’t working… but I can’t quite name it.”? Maybe communication keeps breaking down. Conversations happen in silos. Decisions feel unclear. Or perhaps your organization is struggling to build shared ownership around fundraising and donor engagement, leaving philanthropy to a few people instead of embedding it into the culture of the organization.

A healthy organizational culture is one in which staff and board have clarity on their roles, feel engaged in decision-making, and understand how their work contributes to mission impact. A healthy culture of philanthropy goes beyond fundraising. It creates shared ownership around sustaining the mission, building relationships, and communicating impact.

Executive Directors, development professionals, board leaders, and anyone seeking to positively shape the culture of their organization are encouraged to attend. Participants will access and learn about a practical tool that makes culture more “visible”, and helps teams identify what is working, what is not, and what needs to change to build a more aligned, communicative, engaged, and mission-centered organization.

Speaker: Chamlee McGuire
